About PALS
Founder's Message
The Performing Arts & Life Skills Academy of Georgia (PALS) is a cultural arts program dedicated to elevate a child's artistic talents in the performing arts such as dance, singing and acting.
* PALS is a registered Non-Profit 501(c) (3) enterprise incorporated in the State of Georgia.
Our Goal
In addition to providing performing arts instruction, PALS also offers various activities and programs that promote leadership and Life Skills. These Life Skills programs present opportunities for youth to explore and gain knowledge in their daily activities. Workforce Readiness, Government Awareness, Public Speaking and Money Management are prime examples of Life Skills sessions that students enjoy and can apply in both their school and home life.
PALS'’ final goal is to educate its students about the importance of physical health and to promote fitness and nutrition to students, parents and our growing local communities. Our newest location (on 5.25 acres), includes spacious areas for outdoor sports and other recreational activities, combined with an Indoor Center and Outdoor Pavilion.
To create an environment that will foster, encourage and enrich the development of each child on an intellectual, physical and creative level; and to discover and polish every student’'s gifts through interactive learning, team-building opportunities, artistic outlets, nutrition and health education and daily physical activity.
Join the Performing Arts and Life Skills Programs for a rewarding experience in the arts that students will enjoy and remember for a lifetime.
Mission Statement
PALS wants to highlight student Teylor P. for her recent Powerpoint creation (shown below).
"Teylor is such an incredibly gifted young lady in so many fields," Mr. and Mrs. Lamar said. "Her talents are extraordinary for her age -- we are expecting great things from her in the upcoming school year."
Along with her creative projects, Teylor, 13, loves singing, cheerleading and art.
"This summer has been a blast! Ever since I stepped into this camp experience, my eyes have been opened to so many new things! Whether I was learning about the TRUE meaning of maturity, shaping my vocal talents, or just having fun with the other campers, every moment was a time to remember," said Teylor. "I can’t wait to come back for next summer’s camp encounters! Until next summer, I wish all my newfound friends, much academic success this year!"
